Role of the platform
Global Coach is an intermediary. Transport contracts are concluded directly between the tour operator and the coach company. Global Coach is not the carrier and does not operate vehicles.
Carriers are responsible for holding valid licences, insurance and driver qualifications, and for complying with EU driving and rest time rules (Regulation (EC) 561/2006) and cabotage rules where applicable.
Intellectual property
The Global Coach name, logo, interface, texts and databases are protected. Reproduction, extraction or automated scraping of listings without written authorisation is prohibited.
Liability
We work to keep listing information accurate but cannot guarantee the completeness of content published by partners. Global Coach is not liable for indirect damages arising from a transport service agreed between two members.
Hosting
The platform runs on managed cloud infrastructure in the European Union with processing partners in the United States covered by standard contractual clauses.
Reporting content or abuse
To report a misleading listing, a suspected unlicensed carrier or a security issue, email globalcoachub@gmail.com with the request or offer reference. We acknowledge reports within two business days.
