Role of the platform
Global Coach is an intermediary. Transport contracts are concluded directly between the tour operator and the coach company. Global Coach is not the carrier and does not operate vehicles.
Carriers are responsible for holding valid licences, insurance, driver qualifications and for complying with EU driving and rest time rules.
Intellectual property
The Global Coach name, logo, interface, texts and databases are protected. Reproduction, extraction or scraping of listings without written authorisation is prohibited.
Liability
We work to keep listing information accurate but cannot guarantee the completeness of content published by partners. Global Coach is not liable for indirect damages arising from a transport service booked between two members.
Hosting
The platform is hosted on managed cloud infrastructure within the European Union and the United States, with data processed under standard contractual clauses where applicable.
